If you have an enquiry about a medicine, medical device or other therapeutic good, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) may be able to assist you.
Information about COVID-19 vaccines, treatments and tests is available on our website.
We can help with enquiries about the approval process for COVID-19 vaccines, treatments and tests, as well as compliance and safety monitoring for these products. We also provide a list of rapid antigen tests that are approved in Australia.
The TGA cannot assist with COVID-19 enquiries that do not relate to these topics.
We can't help with COVID-19 enquiries that do not relate to these topics, however the Department of Health website has information available at Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic including:
- accessing rapid antigen tests and what to do if you test positive
- the vaccine rollout
- domestic travel
- international travel
- restrictions and lockdowns.
The National Coronavirus Helpline provides information about COVID-19, COVID-19 vaccines, and the COVIDSafe app. The helpline operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can contact us through one of the methods listed below.
Simple enquiries can generally be answered quickly by phone. Complex enquiries will take time to properly address. We ask you send more complex enquiries via email, fax or post.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm (AEST excluding public holidays)
